Making an overall time of 4:56 - Great going Ian !

There was 3300 feet of climbing over 56 miles, so quiet hilly really, with the main climb up Snow Canyon about 45 miles in, which climbed for about 6 miles, before hitting the fast 5 mile descent back into town to T2, total bike time of 2:31 fabulous !

I went onto a 2 lap course, with the first 2 miles up hill, a mile around a golf course over grass and cart paths, and then back down into town, and do it all again. to finish my Run Time in 1:41:00 !!

Tana Tanya Vengrinova finished in an outstanding time of 13:32:47

Jenny kovacs and Mark Kelly both competed in the Multi sports championships representing GBR . Mark completed the duathlon, Jenny completed the Aquathon and Middle distance Aquabike placing 6th in the Aquathon & 2nd GB.
