Sandman & Savage

Natalie Williams made the Podiam at the Sandman this weekend she was 2nd in her AG and 3rd overall in the Savage. Andrew Rodgers also did the Sandman coming 5th in his Age group Well done !
The Big Brutal Swim 10k

Elaine Blades- Jordan also made the podium this week she was 1st in the 10k Swim of a time of 2:57:00 . Ben Cole also did the swim he was 9th male in a time off 3:09:00 - some good swimming !
Helvellyn Triathlon

Anthony Leigh flew the flag at Helvellyn Triathlon this weekend in a time of 4:43:03 : Well done !
