Rochdale Triathlon Club Membership System
Membership System
The way we manage our membership has moved to a cashless system. This means that there will be no cash transferring hands at training sessions.
How it works
We use Nifty Memberships to manage our memberships and coaching sessions. All members must sign up online and create an e-wallet. It is your responsibility to keep your e-wallet topped up, at a sufficient level to attend the sessions you wish to attend – think of this as a pay as you go mobile phone contract, that needs topping up. You can do this when you need to, or you can automate it to top up with a set amount (i.e. £10) every time your balance drops below a set threshold (i.e. £10).
When you turn up to a club session, you will be required to show your membership card (either printed or on your smartphone) and input your name or membership number into a club iPad, and the session fee will be taken from your account.
Multiple people can be connected to a single e-wallet, so if you come training with your significant other, or bring the kids, you only need to top up one e-wallet, but all must still have separate membership accounts.
You will not be allowed access to a club session if:
• You turn up without an e-wallet (you are not a member)
• You cannot produce your membership card upon request (printed or on smartphone)
• You don’t have sufficient credit in your e-wallet
• You attempt to pay cash

Note
The club is confident of the quality of the sessions that it delivers, including the quality of the facilities and coaches and believe our membership and session costs provide excellent value for money. For insurance and safety purposes, Rochdale Triathlon Club do not offer non-members the opportunity to train with the club. Anybody taking part in a club session must be a paid up club member to benefit from the session.
