Southport Triathlon (Sprint & Standard)

The Sprint Distance event is 750m swim / 20k cycle / 5k run, the Standard Distance is 1500m swim / 40k cycle / 10k run. The cycle course takes place on closed roads and the run course is based around the Marine Lake on tarmac paths.

In 2022 Southport has once again been selected to be part of the British Triathlon Major Events programme and will host the Standard Distance GB Age Group Qualifier for the 2023 European Championships.
