My XC & UKEA Role involves :
‘Encouraging’ participation in activities such as Cross Country and administering affiliation to XC leagues and athlete fees.
Liaising with UK Athletics and administering the UKA membership portal. To partake in XCm road relays & some road races you need to be a member of UKEA.
I’ve been a member of Rochdale Tri Club for 5 years
My favourite discipline is:
Open water swimming (which is amazing as I couldn't really swim in November 2016.
My favourite event (s) is
Epicman Standard (definitely NOT Epicman Middle), National relays. In reality I haven’t done that many triathlon events so it’s a small pool.
My Triathlon highlight is
Conquering my IMUK 2019 demons and completing IMUK 2021, cold wet and a bit pooped.
