Another Rochdale of podiums. Emily Wilson racing against the seniors and fresh from taking 2nd place at the weekend came in 2nd female again last night but actually was 3rd place overall with a great swim and blistering 5k
Alfie and Oliver raced with the juniors and secured 2nd and 3rd places, can that be counted with only 3 racers but I would still take a podium finish. Good to see Oliver racing with a decent al round effort over the 400m swim And 2.5km run. First OW swim for Alf and over a minute faster than last time out followed by a good run even after racing Sunday
These are a great introduction to open water racing in a safe environment and man tri are very welcoming of the juniors. There aren’t many opportunities for such racing so would be great to see more involved and that includes you parents and others
