Our resident Mountain Goat - probably the only person I know that goes faster uphill than he does downhill. Paul is excellent at the technical elements of the sport, and has expertise in all 3 disciplines - he’s also got history as a bike mechanic - so if you ask nicely he might help you with advice, but you’ll have to get your own hands dirty!
